Asset Acquisition

The Embelton Group today agreed to acquire certain assets of Omnifloor Australia Pty Ltd (Administrators Appointed) for a nominal amount and have offered employment contracts to the majority of Omnifloor staff.

As a result of this transaction it is anticipated that Embelton will complete many of the Victorian and NSW flooring projects that were previously contracted to Omnifloor.
