Evolve announces Annual Meeting date and Director nomination closing date
Evolve Education Group Limited (NZX/ASX: EVO) would like to advise that its Annual Meeting of shareholders will be held on Tuesday, 29 June 2021 in Auckland and that the closing date for Director nominations is Thursday, 20 May 2021.
