রাজ্যসভায় বিনা লড়াইয়ে জয়ী হলেন তৃণমূলের জহর সরকার। সোমবার জয়–এর সার্টিফিকেট নিয়ে জহরবাবু দিল্লি চলে যান। বাদল অধিবেশনে তিনি যোগ দেবেন। জহরবাবু এদিন বিকেলে বিধানসভায় আসেন। মুখ্য সচেতক নির্মল স�াষ, রাজ্য সভাপতি সুব্রত বক্সি ও পরিষদীয় দপ্তরের রাষ্ট্রমন্ত্রী তাপস রায় উপস্থিত ছিলেন। জহরবাবু বলেন, 'আমি বরাবর বিজেপি–বিরোধী। বিজেপি–র বিরুদ্ধে বলার জন্য এবার আরও সুযোগ পাব।'তিনি বলেন, 'যেভাবে কেন্দ্রীয় সরকারের বিরুদ্ধে লিখে এবং নানা মঞ্চ থেকে প্রতিবাদ করেছি, এবারও সেই প্রতিবাদ করব। রাজনীতির জন্য অনেক ব্যাটসম্যান আয়ে ওঁরা যেখানে আমাকে কাজে লাগাবে, সেখানেই কাজ করব। মোদি সরকারের সঙ্গে আমার মতপার্থক্য হয়েছিল, তাই আমি সরকারের কাে থেকে বেরিয়ে আসি। এদের সঙ্গে কাজ করা যায় না। বেরিয়ে আসার পরই নোটবন্দি হল। এটা যে কত বড় ওরা ভুল করল, তা এখনও বুঝতে পারেনি। এবার একের পর এক ইস্যু নিয়ে সরব হব। ফোনে আড়িপাতা নিয়ে প্রতিবাদ করব।'

উচ্চমাধ্যমিকে ১০০ শতাংশ পাশ গত বছর কোভিডের োরয়ে উচ্চমাধ্যমিকের মতো এোদশের শেষ তিনদিনের পররীক্ষাও বাতিল হয়। বিকল্প পদ্ধতিতে উচ্চমাধ্যমিকের ফল প্রোশিত হয়। এবং এোদশের সব পড়ুয়ায়ে দ্বাদশে উত্তীর্ণ েরার ের্া গ�াষো েরা হয়। তা সত্ত্বেও এই ১৮ হাজার পড়ুয়া েরী করে ফেল েরে? সূত্রের েবর, সংসদের এ সংক্রান্ত এোধিক বিজ্ঞপ্তি স্কুল গুলি িা মািাতেই এই বিপত্তি। যার ব্যাখ্যায় মহুয়াদেবরী জািাি, এোদশের িম্বর পাঠানো ফিয়ে সংসি গতবছরই ১১ মে, ৩ এবং ৪ জুি স্কুল গুলির উদ্দেশে বিজ্ঞপ্তি জারি করে। আগস্ট মাস পর্যন্ত সময় দেওয়া হয়। তারপরও কিছু স্কুল যারা িম্বর দেয়নি তাদের এবছরের ২৮ জুনের মধ্যে ফিতে বো হয়। তারপরও দেখা যায় কিছু ত্রুটি ও অসঙ্গতিপূর্ণিম্বর এসেছে। ২২ জুোই স্কুলের পাঠানো এোদশের পুরনো মার্কস ফয়েলটির ভিত্তিতেই ফল প্রোশ েরা হয়। ২০২০ সায়ে ১৭, ২০ এবং ৩০ জুোই সংসদের পক্ষ থেকে এোদশের পড়ুয়াদের দ্বাদশে উত্তীর্ণফিয়েও বিজ্ঞপ্তি দেওয়া হয়। যাতে বো হয় এোিশ থেকে দ্বাদশে সবাইয়ে তুয়ে ফিতে হবে। এেই সঙ্গে বো হয়, শুধু প্রমোশি নয়, ন্যূনতম িম্বর ফিয়ে প্রমোশি

ফিতে হবে। যাতে তারা সরোরের বিভিন্ন প্রকল্পের সুযোগ পায়। তা সত্ত্বেও ফলপ্রোশের আগে যে তর্্য আসে তাতে দেখা যায় বেশ কিছু ছাত্রছাত্রী অেৃতোর্য হয়েছে। এর োরে হিসেবে মহুয়াদেবরী জািাি, ল্যাবভিত্তিক এবং িি– ল্যাব বিষয়ে পাশ েরার জি্য িূি্যতম িম্বরের থেকেও েম িম্বর, অিুপস্থিত, প্রোজেক্ট বা প্র্যাকটিক্যালে ফেল। এই োরয়েই ২ শতাংশের কিছু বেশি ছাত্রছাত্রী অেৃতোর্য হয়। এছাড়াও ফর্ম পূরয়ের নোটিস ২০২০ সায়ের ২৫ নভেম্বর সংসি জারি েরার পরও বহু ছাত্রছাত্রী ফর্মপূরে করেনি। অেৃতোর্যদের সঙ্গে তারাও পাশ েরানোর িাবি জািায়।

এোদশের িম্বর প্রাপ্তির ক্ষেত্রে সংসি অভাবনীয় এবং বৈচিত্রপূর্ণকিছু অভিজ্ঞতার সম্মুখীন হয়েছে বয়ে জািাি মহুয়াদেবরী। যেমি কোথাও ছাত্ররা পররীক্ষাতেই বসেনি। কোথাও মাত্র এেটা পররীক্ষা ফিয়েছে। কোথাও স্কুল এোদশে েম িম্বর ফিয়েছে, কোথাও প্র্যাকটিক্যাল বা প্রোজেক্ট পররীক্ষা নেওয়া যায়নি, কোথাও হার্ডকপি ড্রপ বক্সে জমা ফিয়ে চয়ে গেছে স্কুল , গেউ জানে িা, আবার কোথাও বা ভুে আইডি এবং ফরম্যাটে িম্বর পাঠিয়েছে।

মারধর, গ্রেপ্তার রবিবার রাতে মত্ত অবস্থায় পুলিশকে মারধর করার অভিযোগে রমন দিলানি নামে এক যুবককে গ্রেপ্তার করেছে পুলিশ। অভিযোগ, রাতে মদ খেয়ে জোরে গাড়ি চালিয়ে যাচ্ছিল সে। পুলিশ গাড়ি আটকে কাগজপত্র দেখতে চায়। তখন ওই যুবক পুলিশকে মারধর করে উর্দিছিঁ ড়ে দেয়। সোমবার ব্যাঙ্কশাল আদালতে তোলা হলে, একদিনের জেল হেফাজতে রাখার নির্দেশ

অস্বাভাবিক মৃত্যু

লরির ধাক্কায় প্রাণ হারালেন রবীন্দ্রনগরের বাসিন্দা নির্মল দাস। সোমবার সকালে রাস্তা পার হওয়ার সময় লরি তাঁকে ধাক্কা মারে। হাসপাতালে মারা যান। উত্তর বন্দর র্ানা এলাকায় রাম বিনয় সিং সাইকেল চালিয়ে যাচ্ছিলেন। একটি গাড়ি তাঁকে ধাক্কা মেরে পালিয়ে যায়। শরীরে নানা জায়গায় আ�াত লাগে। হাসপাতালে নিয়ে গেলে চিকিৎসকরা মৃত বলে স�াষণা করে। হেয়ার স্ট্রিট র্ানা এলাকায় ৬০ বের বয়সি এক অজ্ঞাত পরিচয় ব্যক্তি রাস্তা পার হচ্ছিলেন। একটি গাড়ি তাঁকে ধাক্কা মেরে পালায়। �টনাস্থলেই তিনি মারা যান। এদিকে সিঁথি র্ানা এলাকায় শচীন যাদব নামে এক শ্রমিকের দেহ উদ্ধার করল পুলিশ। সোনার দোকানের ভেতরে তাঁর দেহ পড়ে ছিল অচিতন্য অবস্থায়। হাসপাতালে নিয়ে গেলে চিকিৎসকরা মৃত বলে স�াষণা করে।

কৃষকদের জন্য রাজ্য সরকার 'বাংলা শস্যবিমা'চালু করেছে ২০১৯ সালে। ২০২০ সালের খরিফ মরশুমে ৬৩ লক্ষ ২২ হাজার কৃষক এর আওতায় এসেছেন। বিমার সুবিধে পেয়েছেন ৩,৫০,৮১৬ জন। ২০২০ সালের রবি মরশুমে ৫৩ লক্ষ কৃষক এই প্রকল্পে নাম নথিভুক্ত করেছেন। সব মিলিয়ে গত বের শস্যবিমা খাতে কৃষি দপ্তর ১০৬ কোটি ৩২ লক্ষ টাকা ক্ষতিপূরণ দিয়েছে বলে জানিয়েছেন কৃষিমন্ত্রী শোভনদেব চট্টোপাধ্যায়। সোমবার তিনি বলেন, 'সম্প্রতি জেলা স্তরে কৃষি আধিকারিক, বিমা সংস্থা, নাবার্ড, ওয়েবেল, সমবায় দপ্তর–সহ সংশ্লিষ্ট দপ্তরের আধিকারিকদের নিয়ে একটি ভার্চুয়াল ববঠক হয়। কৃষিমন্ত্রী বলেন, 'বীমা প্রকল্পটি যাতে সমস্ত কৃষকের কায়ে নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের মধ্যে পৌঁয়ে দেওয়া যায়, তার রূপরেখা তৈরি করতেই এই ববঠক হয়।' ২০২১–এর ৩১ আগস্ট পর্যন্ত কৃষকরা নাম নথিভুক্ত করতে পারবেন। মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা ব্যানার্জির নির্দেশে ২০১৯ সালে, খরিফ মরশুম থেকে রাজ্য সরকার 'বাংলা শস্যবিমা' নামে এই প্রকল্প চালু করে। প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগের কারণে িসলের ক্ষতি হলে কৃষকরা যাতে যথোপযুক্ত ক্ষতিপূরণ পান, সেই উদ্দেশ্যেই এই বিমা চালু করা হয়েছে। এটি সম্পূর্ণভাবে রাজ্য সরকারের নিজস্ব প্রকল্প। প্রিমিয়ামের পুরো টাকাই রাজ্য সরকার দেয়।

অনাস্থায় সংখ্যাগরিষ্ঠ সদস্য সমর্থন জানানোয় কন্টাই সমবায় ইউনিয়নের সভাপতির পদ থেকে অপসারিত হতে হল শুভেন্দু অধিকারীকে। ইউনিয়নের মোট ১৫ জন ডিরেক্টর রয়েছেন। তাঁদের মধ্যে ভোটাধিকার রয়েছে ১৪ জনের। সোমবার আস্থা প্রমাণের সভায় শুভেন্দু োড়া উপস্থিত ছিলেন ১৩ জন। তাঁদের সম্মতিক্রমে শুভেন্দুকে সরানো হয়। ২০১২ থেকে ২০২১— দীর্ঘ ৯ বের ধরে এই পদে বহাল ছিলেন তিনি। কাঁথি ও এগরা মহকুমার মোট ৯৫০টি সমবায় সমিতি এই ইউনিয়নের আওতাধীন। তৃণমূলের তরফেই তাঁকে এই পদে বসানো হয়েছিল। তৃণমূল সেড়ে এখন তিনি পদ্ম শিবিরের বিধায়ক। স্বাভাবিকভাবেই সমবায় ইউনিয়নের পদ থেকে তাঁকে সরাতে শুরু হয়েছিল দলীয় প্রক্রিয়া। ১৯ জু লাই শুভেন্দুর বিরুদ্ধে অনাস্থা এনেছিলেন ১২ জন ডিরেক্টর। সেইমতো এদিন সমবায় আইন মেনে রাকা হয় ববঠক। কন্টাই সমবায় ইউনিয়নের সম্পাদক হরিসাধন দাস অধিকারী বলেন, 'সমবায় নিয়ম মেনেই সংখ্যাগরিষ্ঠ সদস্যের সম্মতি নিয়ে সভাপতির পদ থেকে শুভেন্দুকে সরানো হয়েছে। ইউনিয়নের পরপর ৬টি মিটিংয়ে গরহাজির র্াকার কারণেই সর্বসম্মতভাবে অপসারণের সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়া হয়েছে। কয়েক দিনের মধ্যেই নিয়ম মেনে নতুন সভাপতি নির্বাচন করা হবে।'
