This is in furtherance to our earlier in�ma�ons dated August 30, 2024 regarding approval of the board of directors for acquisi�on of the remaining 49.60% stake in the company’s subsidiary, Helios Lifestyles Pvt Ltd (“Helios”), in�ma�on dated August 31, 2024, regarding execu�on of a share purchase agreement, and subsequent in�ma�ons of acquisi�ons dated 5[th] September, 2024, 14[th] September, 2024 and 8[th] October 2024 , we now wish to inform you that, in the last tranche of this transac�on, 4585 equity shares of Helios have been acquired by the Company today, i.e., 21[st] November, 2024. Consequently, the Company’s stake in Helios has increased from 98.30% to 100%.
