This is to inform you that the Company has further subscribed Equity Share Capital of Brillare Science Pvt Ltd (Brillare), the Subsidiary Company; consequently, the company's stake in Brillare has increased from 80.59% to 82.92 % on Issued & Paid-up capital of the said subsidiary company.
