This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, 2nd August, 2021 at 12:15 p.m. at Emami Tower, 687, Anandapur, E.M. Bypass, Kolkata - 700107, inter-alia, to consider and approve Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended 30th June, 2021.

In our letter dated 3Qth June, 2021, we have already communicated closure of trading window of the Company from 1st July, 2021 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended 3Qth June, 2021. Consequently, the trading window will remain closed till 4th August, 2021.
