Sub: Notice of the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on Thursday, November 5, 2020

Dear Sir/Madam,

Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("the SEBI Regulations"), we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, November 5, 2020 inter alia, to:

• Consider the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2020 along with the Limited Review Report of the Auditors for the corresponding period;
• Consider the proposal for declaration of an Interim Equity Dividend for the Financial Year 2020-21 ("Interim Dividend").

In the event of the Interim dividend being declared by the Board, the record date pursuant to Regulations 42 of the SEBI Regulations and the payment date for the Interim Dividend, shall be as under:
