Emaar, the Economic City invites its shareholders to attend the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting

Emaar, the Economic Citys (a Saudi Joint Stock Company ) Board of Directors is pleased to invite the shareholders to attend the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting that shall be held on Monday 27 Rajab 1438AH, dated April 24, 2017AD in Bay LA Sun Hotel in King Abdullah Economic City- Rabegh, that is 90km away to the North of Jeddah City, at Six and a Half (6:30) pm, in order to discuss the agenda as per attched:We would like to inform the shareholders that each shareholder shall have the right to attend the aforementioned meeting or to appoint another person (other than the Board members or the company employees) to represent him by virtue of the (enclosed) proxy, and must be approved by one of the Chambers of Commerce and Investment or one of the licensed banks in the Kingdom, where theres an account belonging to the client, the licensed financial institution in which the client has shares, the notary public, or the persons licensed to carry out the documentation works, provided that the said appointment is sent to Emaar, the Economic City (Attention to the Shareholders Affairs Department:2338- Bay La Sun- Juman Street - King Abdullah Economic City (23964-6992) or by Fax on No. 012-5106903 at least two days prior to the meetings date. The presence of a number of shareholders representing at least half the capital shall be required to complete the quorum set for the meeting.We also hope that shareholders will be present at least one hour before the meeting, in order to complete their registration procedures. We also confirm that all the documents of the Board of Directors report or the regulations to be voted on are available on the Companys website and Emaar, the Economic Citys headquarters in King Abdullah Economic City.
