Emaar the Economic City announces the start of the electronic voting for the eleventh ordinary and fourth extraordinary general assembly

Emaar the Economic City is pleased to inform the respected shareholders that they will be able to vote remotely on the agenda items of the eleventh ordinary and fourth extraordinary general assembly scheduled for the evening of Monday 10/06/1436 corresponding to 30/03/2015 at the Bay La Sun Hotel located at King Abdullah Economic City.

Respected shareholders registered in the electronic Tadawulaty services are able to vote remotely as from ten oclock in the morning of Sunday 28/5/1436H corresponding to 19/3/2015G until five oclock in the afternoon on Sunday 9/6/1436H corresponding to 29/3/2015G. We would like to draw the attention of the shareholders that they can participate and vote remotely if they are unable to attend the meeting by visiting the Tadawulaty service website. Registration in Tadawulaty service and voting are available to all shareholders free of charge.
