Article 1

• the Chairman and Directors of the Board and members of the Senior Executive Management of the Company and other company where member holds a controlling share, ���������������������������������������������������������� of the Company;

• The immediate family members of the Chairman, Directors or Senior Executive Management members;

• A natural or legal person who was, in the year preceding the transaction, a holder of 10% or more of the Company’s shares or a director of the Company, its parent company �����������������

• A person who has control over the Company.

رﺋﻴﺎ ـ ﺔ اﻟﻌﻠﻴ ـ ﺎء ا�دارة اﻟﺘﻨﻔﻴﺬﻳ ـ ﺲ ا�دارة وأﻋﻀ ـ ﺎء ﻣﺠﻠ ـ ﺲ وأﻋﻀ ـ • ﺑﺎﻟﺸــﺮﻛﺔ، واﻟﺸــﺮﻛﺎت اﻟﺘــﻲ ﻳﻤﻠــﻚ ﻓﻴﻬــﺎ أي ﻣــﻦ ﻫــﺆﻻء ﺣﺼــﺔ ﻣﺴــﻴﻄﺮة، واﻟﺸــﺮﻛﺎت ا�م أو اﻟﺘﺎﺑﻌــﺔ أو اﻟﺸــﻘﻴﻘﺔ أو اﻟﺤﻠﻴﻔــﺔ .ﻟﻠﺸــﺮﻛﺔ
