Pursuant to the Regulation 30 read with Part A of the Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 on the captioned subject we would like to inform you that at the meeting of Board of Directors held today i.e. on Friday, 19[th] September, 2025, commenced at 02.30 P.M. and concluded at 03.30 P.M., the Board of Directors has approved, inter alia the following:

1. Appointment of Mr. Akshay Shivaji Adhalrao (DIN: 00314926) as an Additional Director (Executive, NonIndependent) of the Company with effect from 19th September 2025. He shall hold office until the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The Board took note that Mr. Akshay Shivaji Adhalrao is not disqualified from being appointed as a Director and meets the “fit and proper” criteria under applicable provisions. The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No.SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/2023 /0155 dated 11th November, 2024 are given in the enclosed herewith as Annexure- A .
