Purchase of Own Shares

The company under the trade name "ELVALHALCOR HELLENIC COPPER AND ALUMINIUM INDUSTRY S.A." ("ELVALHALCOR") announces that, in the context of its own shares buyback program according to the resolution of the Ordinary Meeting of its Shareholders dated 23/5/2024, during the period 10/07/2025 –11/07/2025 it has acquired through the Athens Exchange 20.000 own shares in total, as follows:

Such acquisitions have been made through the Athens Exchange member PIRAEUS SECURITIΕS S.A.

Following the aforementioned acquisitions, ELVALHALCOR holds in aggregate 373,035 own shares, i.e. a percentage of 0.0994% of the total number of shares of ELVALHALCOR.
