Heikintorppa Oy har i och med övergången blivit en del av överenskommelsen med Wipunen varainhallinta Oy och Mariatorp Oy att genom ett samordnat utövande av rösträtten inta en långsiktig gemensam hållning i fråga om bolagets förvaltning.
