Eltel AB enables the shareholders to use postal voting ahead of the Annual General Meeting 2020

The Board of Directors of Eltel AB (publ) ("Eltel") has decided that the shareholders may exercise their right to vote at the upcoming Annual General Meeting on 4 May 2020 by voting in advance by postal voting, in accordance with Section 3 of the Swedish Act (2020:198) regarding Temporary Exemptions to Facilitate the Execution of General Meetings in Companies and Associations. Eltel encourages the shareholders to use this possibility in order to minimize the number of participants attending the Annual General Meeting in person and thus reduce the spread of the virus that causes COVID-19.

A shareholder who wish to postal vote shall use a special form for postal voting. The form is available at Eltel's website, www.eltelgroup.com.

• The completed postal voting form, together with any enclosed authorisation documentation, shall be submitted to Eltel no later than 29 April 2020 at 17:00 CEST.
• The completed postal voting form shall be sent in the original to Eltel by mail to: "Eltel AB, attn: Henrik Sundell, P.O. Box 126 23, SE-112 92 Stockholm, Sweden", or by email to: bolagsstamma@eltelnetworks.se.

If the shareholder is a legal entity, a copy of a registration certificate and/or a corresponding authorisation document for the legal entity shall be enclosed together with the form for postal voting. The same applies if the shareholder postal votes by proxy.

Please note that the registration of shares in the shareholder's own name (if the shares are nomineeregistered) must have been registered no later than 27 April 2020 and that notice of attendance at the Annual General Meeting must have been given no later than 28 April 2020 even if the shareholder chooses to vote by post before the Annual General Meeting. Instructions in this regard can be found in the notice convening the Annual General Meeting.
