Ms. Yodfat Harel Buchris Resigns from Position as External Director

On August 13, 2017, Eltek Ltd. received notice from Ms. Yodfat Harel Buchris, that she decided to resign as an external director of the Company due to personal reasons, effective October 30, 2017.

In order for the Company to comply with the Israeli Companies Law, the shareholders will be required to elect a new external director in the next annual general meeting, which is scheduled to be held prior to Ms. Harel Buchris’ resignation.
