2009 Financial Results NERATEL, Singapore

Nera Telecommunications LTD, Singapore, 50.1% owned by Eltek ASA, today publish

their financial result for 2009.

NeraTel achieved revenue in 2009 of SGD 171,7 million, compared to SGD 160,3

million in 2008. EBIT was SGD 12,4 million compared to SGD 11,8 million in

2008. Net profit was 10,7 million compared to SGD 10,2 million in 2008.

Please note that due to different accounting principles Eltek will report

different figures for NeraTel in its Group results, the main difference being

amortization of intangible assets identified as part of the Purchase Price

Allocation (PPA), and different treatment of currency effects.
