Mandatory notification of trade

Eltek Holding AS and Bimo Invest AS have today bought respectively 1,000,000

shares at a rate of NOK 4.30 per share and 1,155,546 shares at a rate of NOK

4.31 per share in Eltek ASA.

Both companies are controlled by the Angelil family and Birgitte F. Angelil is a

member of the Board of Directors of Eltek ASA.

After the transaction the Angelil family controls a total of 58,397,657 shares

in Eltek ASA.
