Eltek Announces Resignation of Mr. Gavriel Meron as a Director

PETACH-TIKVA, Israel, August 14, 2019 - Eltek Ltd. (NASDAQ: ELTK), a global manufacturer and supplier of technologically advanced solutions in the field of printed circuit boards, announced today that Mr. Gavriel Meron has informed the Company his resignation from the Board of Directors of Eltek, effective today August 14, 2019.

Gavriel Meron joined the Board of Eltek in 2013. “It has been a pleasure being a part of the Eltek board of directors and appreciate the opportunity to be part of the Company and dealing with multiple business challenges that have arisen. I ask to be discharged from my service as a director due to other business commitment which will require most of my time,” said Mr. Meron.

Eltek’s Chairman of the Board, Yitzhak Nissan, said, “I value Mr. Meron’s professionalism and strategic insights and am appreciative of his contribution and service to our company.
