Eltek Ltd. Announces Resignation of a Director
On November 3, 2012, Eltek Ltd. (the “Company”) received notice from its director, Mr. Joseph Yerushalmi, that he is resigning as a member of the Board of Directors due to personal reasons, effective immediately. Mr. Yerushalmi had served as a director since December 2003. Eltek thanks Mr. Yerushalmi for his nine years of service with the Company.
