Board and management changes

Bengt Thuresson, Chairman Eltek ASA, has resigned with immediate effect. It is a

result of different views on the implementation of the company's agreed

strategy.

The Board has today elected William H. Crown as new Chairman and Arve Johansen

as Vice-Chairman.

Chief Executive Officer Rune Finne has today resigned on the same basis. Finne

will continue in his position until September 30, 2010 and the Board will by

then have appointed a new Chief Executive Officer.
