Rune Finne new CEO in Eltek ASA

Eltek ASA's new CEO Rune Finne (46) will assume his position on March 1, 2010.

Reference is made to the announcement of the appointment on November 30, 2009.

Finne comes from the position as President of ABB Norway. He holds a BSc in

engineering from Bergen University College and has held various management

positions in ABB since 1991.

Acting CEO Jørgen Larsen will resume his position as EVP Business Development

when Mr. Finne takes up his position.
