Elsight signs Reseller Agreement with US-based Agile Defense, Inc.

Highlights

• Elsight signs Reseller Agreement with US-based Agile Defense, Inc., a leading information technology (IT) services business in Reston, VA, with a number of U.S. Government clients, including several United States Civil agencies and various branches within the U.S. Department of Defense.

• Agile Defense is a strategically invaluable new partnership for the Company due to their vast network of public sector contacts.

• Within the framework of the Reseller Agreement, the companies will seek to harness Halo’s potential in the US.

03 April 2020 – Elsight Limited (ASX: ELS) (‘Elsight Ltd, ‘Elsight’ or ‘the Company’), an ASX-listed company that develops advanced communication technologies for real-time data, video, and audio transmission over cellular networks in mission-critical environments, is pleased to announce the signing of a reseller agreement with US-based Agile Defense, Inc. – a leading information technology (IT) services business in Reston, VA, with a number of U.S. Government clients, including several United States Civil agencies and various branches within the U.S. Department of Defense.

Within the framework of the commercialisation of the Company’s flagship “Halo” product, and further to the Company’s growing focus on the North American market in general and the US market in particular, Elsight is pleased to announce that the Company has signed a reseller agreement with US-based Agile Defense Inc (The initial term of the agreement is one year and will be automatically renewed for another year unless terminated by one of the parties, subject to the agreement. The agreement has otherwise standard terms for termination and market pricing).

Headquartered in Reston, VA, USA – a short distance from Washington DC – Agile Defense is a leading information technology (IT) services business with a broad network of connections and contacts across the US public sector. Specifically, Agile Defense works very closely with all branches of the US Armed Forces, and also has tight knit relationships with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Department of State, the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), among others.

Following today’s announcement, Agile Defense will be spearheading the Company’s sales and marketing efforts in the US in coordination with Elsight’s North American Director of Sales Ms Karin Zalcberg, and with specific emphasis on galvanizing the potential that exists within the American public sector, in particular the US defense sector. The Company sees great value in the harnessing of Agile Defense’s expansive network for the purpose of ramping up the commercialisation of Halo in the US and looks forward to continuing to develop and cultivate the partnership between the two firms through the current crisis and beyond.
