Commencement of Rights Trading on ASX

18 November 2020 – Elsight Limited (ASX: ELS) (‘Elsight Ltd, ‘Elsight’ or ‘the Company’), is pleased to advise that the rights to the Company’s Renounceable Rights Issue announced on 16 November 2020 have commenced trading today under the ASX ticker code ELSR.

Eligible shareholders and others wishing to trade rights should contact their broker. Under the Rights Issue timetable, rights trading will end on 1 December 2020.

Eligible shareholders should consider the prospectus lodged with ASIC on 16 November 2020 in deciding whether to acquire securities under the Rights Issue, and will need to follow the instructions on the entitlement and acceptance form that will accompany the prospectus
