ELSIGHT COMPLETES MAILOUT OF RIGHTS ISSUE PROSPECTUS

Elsight Limited (ASX: ELS) (“Elsight” or “the Company”) advises that it has completed the mailout of the prospectus and personalised entitlement and application form for the rights issue announced on 16 November 2020.
The Rights Issue is open to all eligible shareholders who have a registered address within Australia or New Zealand, and who hold Shares on 19 November 2020. The Rights Issue will close on 8 December 2020 (unless extended), and eligible shareholders will be able to apply for shortfall shares in excess of their entitlement. Shareholders will also be able to trade their rights from 18 November 2020.
Eligible shareholders should consider the Prospectus in deciding whether to acquire securities under the Rights Issue and will need to follow the instructions on the Entitlement and Acceptance Form that will accompany the Prospectus.
