Elsight Limited (Company) was admitted to the official list of ASX Limited (ASX) on Tuesday 6 June 2017.

Official quotation of the Company’s shares will commence at 12:30 pm AEST on Thursday 8 June 2017. The Company has raised $5,000,000 pursuant to the offer under a replacement prospectus dated 27 April 2017 and supplementary prospectus dated 22 May 2017 by the issue of 25,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares at an issue price of $0.20 per share.
