Appointment and Resignation of Company Secretary

Elsight Limited (ASX: ELS) (“Elsight” or the “Company”), the global provider of resilient connectivity solutions for unmanned systems, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1, wishes to advise the appointment of Sandra McIntosh of Acclime Corporate Services Australia Pty Ltd as the Company Secretary of the Company effective 27 March 2026.

This appointment follows the resignation of Mark Licciardo of Acclime Corporate Services Australia Pty Ltd as Company Secretary effective close of business on Friday, 27 March 2026.

The Board would like to acknowledge Mr Licciardo’s contribution to the Company Secretary role during his tenure.
