Change of Company Auditor
Elsight Limited (ASX: ELS) (‘Elsight Ltd, ‘Elsight’ or ‘the Company’) , advises that in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.3, RSM Australia Partners has been appointed as auditor of the Company, replacing BDO Audit (WA) Pty Ltd. The Company has received approval from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (“ ASIC ”) for the change of auditor.
In accordance with section 327(c) of the Act, a resolution will be proposed at the next Annual General Meeting, to ratify the appointment of RSM Australia Partners as the Company’s auditor.
