Board Changes

Elsight Limited (ASX:“ELS”) wishes to advise that Raj Logaraj has resigned as Non-Executive Director of the Company, effective 7 January 2020.

The Board thanks Mr Logaraj for his valuable contribution to the company and service and extends its best wishes for success in his future endeavours.

The Company is currently in advanced discussions to finalise the appointment of a suitable replacement and will advise the market in due course.
