CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY

15 March 2019 – The Board of Elsight Limited (ASX: “ELS”) wishes to advise that with effect from 15 March 2019, Mr Peter Webse will resign as Company Secretary .

With the departure of Mr Webse, the Company has appointed Mark Licciardo of Mertons Corporate Services.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to warmly thank Mr Webse for his outstanding contribution to the Company since its listing on the ASX and to wish him well with his future endeavours.

Mark Licciardo B Bus (Acc), GradDip CSP, FGIA, FCIS, FAICD is the founder and Managing Director of Mertons Corporate Services. Mark has extensive experience working with Boards of high profile ASX listed companies in the areas of corporate governance, accounting & finance and company secretarial practice. His expertise is in developing and guiding effective governance and he is considered a leader in this sector. His 35-year corporate career has encompassed executive roles in banking and finance, funds management, investment and infrastructure development. Mark is a director of various ASX listed public and private companies, a former Chairman of the Governance Institute of Australia Victorian division, Academy of Design (LCI Melbourne) and Melbourne Fringe Festival and a former company secretary of Top 50 ASX listed companies Transurban Group and Australian Foundation Investment Company.
