RESIGNATION OF JOINT COMPANY SECRETARY
24 December 2018 – The Board of Elsight Limited (ASX: “ELS”) wishes to advise that with effect from close of business on 31 December 2018, Mr Stephen Buckley will resign as a joint Company Secretary of the Company to focus on his other commitments.
The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr Buckley for his outstanding contribution to the Company since its listing on the ASX and to wish him well with his future endeavours.
With the departure of Mr Buckley, Mr Peter Webse will be the Company Secretary.
