Elsight AGM Voting Instructions

Highlights

• Due to the global coronavirus pandemic, special arrangements are in place for the Annual General Meeting to be held 4.00pm (AEST) on Thursday, 30 July 2020 via an online meeting.

22 July 2020 – Elsight Limited (ASX: ELS) ( Elsight Ltd , Elsight ) , is an ASX-listed company that develops advanced communication technologies for real-time data, video, and audio transmission over cellular networks in mission-critical environments.

As previously advised, due to the global coronavirus pandemic and the associated public health restrictions, the upcoming Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) of Elsight will be held virtually through the Zoom online portal.

The Company encourages those shareholders intending to vote on the resolutions being put to the AGM to lodge their voting ahead of the meeting using the Proxy Form provided with the notice of the meeting.

Arrangements are also being made for shareholders who wish to participate in, and vote at, the AGM.

Those shareholders who wish to vote at the meeting are required to pre-register their attendance with the company share registry, Automic Group, at meetings@automicgroup.com.au, who will provide shareholders with further details on how to participate and vote. Shareholders will be required to provide evidence that they hold shares in Elsight. Shareholders are advised to register their attendance by no later than 5pm (AEST) on Wednesday, 29 July 2020.
