ELOPAK ASA: ELOPAK’S ACQUISITION OF NATUREPAK COMPLETED

(Oslo, 29 March 2022) In our stock notice published on 12 October 2021, it was announced that Elopak has entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of the share capital in Naturepak Beverage Packaging Co Ltd (“Naturepak Beverage”) from Gulf Industrial Group Company Plc and Evergreen Packaging International LLC (Evergreen Packaging), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pactiv Evergreen Inc. “Pactiv Evergreen,” ticker “PTVE”.

The transaction has been approved by relevant competition authorities and was completed today. Naturepak Beverage will be consolidated into Elopak's financial statements from this date.
