Oslo, November 2, 2023: Ferd AS, a close associate of board observer Manuel Arbiol, has today, November 2, 2023, acquired 386 590 shares in Elopak ASA (Oslo Børs Ticker: ELO) at a price of NOK 24,8707 per share. Following the transaction, Ferd AS owns 161 465 870 shares in Elopak ASA, equivalent to 60.0% of the company's share capital.
