(Oslo, November 23, 2022) The extraordinary general meeting in Elopak ASA was held today November 23, 2022 at 12:00 (CET). All the items on the agenda were approved by the extraordinary general meeting.

The extraordinary general meeting approved the Board of directors' proposal to approve the company's revised guidelines for remuneration of leading persons.
