Supervisory Board extends term of CFO Dr. Arne Schneider by 5 years

The Supervisory Board of Elmos Semiconductor AG has reappointed Dr. Arne
Schneider (39) as CFO until 2022. His responsibilities cover Finance,
Controlling, Compliance, Investor Relations, Information Technology,
Purchasing, and Personnel.

Dr. Schneider joined Elmos in 2011, initially as Head of Corporate
Development, and was appointed to the Management Board in mid-2014. Between
2002 and 2011 he worked at McKinsey & Company where he focused on the
automotive and high tech sectors. He studied economics at the University of
St. Gallen and the London School of Economics.
