The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. ——————————————————————————– Reinhard Senf Appointed as Additional Member of the Board of Directors of ELMOS With effect of July 1st, the Speaker of the Board, Dipl.-Kfm. Knut Hinrichs, handed over the full responsibility for production to Vice President Test, Dipl.-Ing. Reinhard Senf. Mr. Senf, born on November 12th 1951, studied at the TU Ilmenau “Physics and Techniques of Electronic Devices”. After finishing1974 with a diploma, he was at first production engineer, then manager of the semiconductor fabrication and, finally, up to 1991 Managing Director of the VEB Funkwerk / Mikroelektronik Erfurt. In 1992, Mr. Senf joined ELMOS focussing on the quality management system (ISO 9001, QS 9000, VDA 6.1), contributing his long term experience in the fields of semiconductor technology and production. Further steps of his career at ELMOS have been the responsibility for the area of assembly and since 1999 the management of the production area test. The new resort production became necessary due to the permanent growth of the ELMOS AG with considerable investments for expansion in the areas of wafer production and test.
