Fjordkraft Holding ASA: Signed agreement to acquire customer portfolio

Fjordkraft (OSE ticker «FKRAFT») has entered into an agreement with BKK AS to purchase the customer portfolio of Etne Elektrisitetslag.

The customer portfolio consists of about 1,600 deliveries. The transaction is expected to be completed on 30 October 2018 and supports Fjordkraft's strategy as acting as a consolidator in the electricity market.
