On May 13, 2014, James B. Cederdahl, the Senior Vice President - Property Operations of Washington Real Estate Investment Trust (“Washington REIT”), communicated to Washington REIT his intention to retire in August 2014, at which time he will have completed 20 years of service to Washington REIT.
