On May 15, 2008, we appointed Wendelin White and Terence Golden to our board of trustees. We appointed Ms. White to serve on the Board’s compensation, corporate governance/nominating and investment committees. We appointed Mr. Golden to serve on the Board’s audit, compensation and investment committees. Ms. White and Mr. Golden have been appointed to the class of trustees serving until the 2011 annual meeting of shareholders.
