Profit warning of Ellinas Finance Public Company Ltd for the annual period ending on December 31, 2017

Ellinas Finance Public Company Ltd (the "Company") pursuant to the relevant Cyprus Stock Exchange and Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commissions regulations, and for the best possible information to the Company's shareholders and to the investing public, announces that the Company's results for 2017, are expected to record higher profit as compared with the corresponding audited accounts for 2016.

The differentiation in the results, is mainly attributed to increase in the recovery of provision for bad debts compared to 2016 and to increase of Company's turnover.
