Ellinas Finance Public Company Ltd (the «Company») announces the resignation of Mr. Antonis Mitilineos as an Alternative Director of Mr. John Pitsillos on the Board of Directors of the Company.
The resignation of Mr. Mitilineos from the above position, will be effective on November 23, 2017. The resignation was due to increased professional obligations.
The Board of Directors accepted the resignation of Mr. Antonis Mitilineos and thanked him for his valuable services to the Company.
