Ellinas Finance Public Company Ltd (the «Company») announces the cessation of Mr. Antonis Mitilineos as an Alternative Director of Mr. John Pitsillos on the Board of Directors of the Company.
Mr. John Pitsillos proceeded with the cessation of Mr. Mitilineos from the above position due to the increased professional obligations of Mr. Mitilineos. The cessation is in effect from November 23, 2017.
