Completion of Financial Calendar 2025

ELLAKTOR S.A. (the "Company"), in accordance with Articles 4.1.2 and 4.1.4.3.1 of the Athens Exchange Rulebook, hereby informs the investing public of the completion of its Financial Calendar for the fiscal year 2025 with the following additions:

Monday	22.12.2025	Ex-dividend date for the interim dividend for the fiscal year 2025 (i.e., after 19.12.2025, which marks the expiration date of Stock Futures Contracts on the share).
Tuesday	23.12.2025	Record date for shareholders entitled to receive the interim dividend.
Wednesday	31.12.2025	Commencement of payment of the interim dividend for the fiscal year 2025.

The distribution of the interim dividend will be executed through the designated paying bank, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Athens Exchange Rulebook. Further details will be provided in a subsequent announcement by the Company.
