Notification of Ex-Dividend Date and Payment of Interim Dividend

Following the successful completion of the sale transactions of the companies AKTOR CONCESSIONS S.A. and GOURNES REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT S.A., the société anonyme under the name ELLAKTOR SOCIÉTÉ ANONYME and the distinctive title ELLAKTOR S.A. (hereinafter the "Company"), announces that its Board of Directors, at its meeting held on October 16, 2025, approved the distribution of a total gross interim dividend of €0.50 per share for the fiscal year 2025.

The total gross amount of the interim dividend for the fiscal year 2025 amounts to €174,096,002.50 before tax withholding and corresponds to a gross amount of €0.50 per share. The interim dividend is subject to a 5% withholding tax, where applicable, in accordance with the provisions of articles 61, 62, and 64 of Law 4172/2013, as currently in force. Consequently, shareholders will receive a net interim dividend amount of €0.475 per share for the fiscal year 2025.

It is noted that treasury shares are not entitled to dividend payment; therefore, both the gross and the net dividend per share will be increased by the amount corresponding to the treasury shares held on the ex-dividend date.

Starting from Monday, 22 December 2025 (ex-dividend date), the Company's shares will trade on the Athens Exchange without the right to the interim dividend for the fiscal year 2025.

Entitled shareholders will be those registered in the records of the Dematerialized Securities System (DSS) on Tuesday, 23 December 2025 (record date).

The payment of the interim dividend for the fiscal year 2025 will commence on Wednesday, 31 December 2025 (payment date), through the paying bank Alpha Bank S.A., as follows:

• 1. Through the Participants of the DSS, acting on behalf of the entitled shareholders (i.e., banks, custodians, and brokerage firms), in accordance with the current Operating Rules of ATHEXCSD and the relevant decisions of ATHEXCSD.
• 1. Specifically, in cases where dividends are to be paid to heirs of deceased shareholders, whose securities are held in the Special Account of their DSS Share, under the custody of ATHEXCSD, the payment will be effected after completion of the legal heir verification process, via the branch network of Alpha Bank S.A., for a period of five (5) years from the end of the current year (i.e., until 31 December 2031).

Shareholders are reminded that:

• a) The right to collect the interim dividend is subject to a five-year statute of limitations (pursuant to Article 250(15) of the Greek Civil Code), commencing at the end of the year in which the right was established.
• b) Upon expiry of this period, any uncollected dividend amounts shall be transferred to the Greek State, in accordance with Article 1 of Legislative Decree 1195/1942.
