Announcement of Regulated information based on Law 3556/2007 Change in voting rights

ELLAKTOR S.A. (hereinafter the "Company") hereby announces, in compliance with the Transparency Directive, information received on 25.07.2025 by its shareholder, regarding their participation in the Company's share capital and voting rights, as follows:

The shareholder MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. ("MOH") disclosed that, following the exercise of an option right (transaction date 23.07.2025) concerning an over-the-counter (OTC) transfer (sale) of 5,200,000 ordinary registered voting shares issued by ELLAKTOR S.A., MOH now holds 78,000,000 shares, representing 22.401% of the share capital and voting rights of ELLAKTOR S.A. (compared to 83,200,000 voting shares, i.e., 23.895%, prior to the transaction).
