Announcement of regulated information of L 3556/2007 Notification of Transaction

ELLAKTOR S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") hereby announces that on 25 July 2025 it was informed by MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. that the latter sold on 23 July 2025 by way of Over-the Counter Transaction (OTC) 5,200,000 Company shares of total value €2,069,886.

The transaction acknowledgement by MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. and subsequently by the Company to the investment public is carried out because Mr. George Prousanides is a Non-Executive Member of ELLAKTOR SA Board of Directors and at the same time Non-Executive Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A.

The above announcement is issued pursuant to article 19 of the Regulation EU 596/2014.
