ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO CONVENING THE BRIEFING ON THE 2023 THIRD QUARTERLY RESULTS JOINTLY WITH CMES AND NJTC

This announcement is made by Sinotrans Limited (the “ Company ”) on a voluntary basis. To enhance investors’ understanding of the logistics and shipping business under China Merchants Group Co., Ltd. (“ China Merchants Group ”), the Company proposed to collaborate with China Merchants Energy Shipping Co., Ltd. (“ CMES ”, stock code: 601872.SH) and Nanjing Tanker Corporation (“ NJTC ”, stock code: 601975.SH) to convene the Briefing from 15:00 to 16:00 on 7 November 2023. All the three companies have released their respective third quarterly report of 2023. The Briefing is aimed at facilitating investors to have a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the current situation and development strategy of China Merchants Group’s logistics and shipping business sectors, the logistics and shipping markets, as well as the business operation and financial status of the three companies in the first three quarters of 2023, and communicating with investors regarding the questions which are of common concern to them.

The Briefing will be held through online text interaction. All the three companies will communicate with investors regarding their business operation and financial status in the first three quarters of 2023, and will answer the questions which are of common concern to the investors. All the communications will be conducted in accordance with related information disclosure regulations.
