Elkem ASA – Successful listing of bond issuances

Oslo, 25 October 2024

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice of 5 September 2024 regarding the issuances of senior unsecured bonds.

Elkem has prepared a listing prospectus for the admission of the bonds to trading on the Oslo Stock Exchange, scheduled for Monday 28 October 2024. The base prospectus prepared by Elkem ASA was approved by Finanstilsynet (The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway) on 29 January 2024. Final Terms are available on the company's website:
