Elkem ASA - Buyback of bonds

In connection with the successful placement of NOK 1,250 million of unsecured

bonds on 18 August 2021, Elkem has bought back NOK 364 million in ELK01

(NO0010838808). The total amount outstanding following the buyback is NOK 967

million.
