Director/PDMR Shareholding

Elixirr International plc (AIM:ELIX), an established, global award-winning challenger consultancy, announces that certain Directors and PDMRs have exercised options granted in May 2020 (the "Exercise") over ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

The Exercise has been satisfied from existing shares held in the Elixirr International plc Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT") and as a result there is no dilution in the equity of the Company.  No Directors or PDMRs are selling any of the shares resulting from the option exercise other than in certain cases, as set out below, where the EBT has purchased Ordinary Shares in order to cover the exercise price (based on the closing mid-market price on 9 July 2024).

Following the Exercise, the EBT's beneficial holding is 732,433 Ordinary Shares representing 1.5 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
